MD/CEO Uzo Oshogwe has charged young girls to believe in their abilities and work hard to improve on their academic weaknesses to succeed in life. The Afriland Chief Executive also pointed out discipline as an essential trait to becoming successful and maintaining high standards in the corporate world.
Uzo gave these golden nuggets of wisdom during a mentorship session organised by NGO, STEMBRIDGE for your female students of Lagoon Secondary School, Lekki, Lagos.
Her interactive session with the girls highlighted the importance of STEM subjects in launching successful careers. She also discussed her career progression and offered advice on how to advance in life with the girls.
