In 2023, we solidified our position as a frontrunner in Nigeria’s real estate domain, enhancing our market presence and delivering exceptional projects that exemplify our commitment to excellence. Our achievements stand as testaments to our dedication and unwavering pursuit of excellence:

 

A year of remarkable achievements

 

The development of proprietary projects is the cornerstone of our accomplishments. Our commitment to creating spaces that redefine living and working experiences culminated in the delivery of exceptional projects:

  • Iris Court, Aromire, Ikeja: A residential haven showcasing 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments, enriching the skyline of Ikeja
  • The “R,” Ikoyi: An exclusive collection of luxury apartments and a penthouse, a testament to sophistication and elegance in Oba Oyekan Avenue, Ikoyi. A luxury development, we are proud to have sold out this development.
  • Afriland Complex, Abule-Egba: A development of retail shops and office spaces with inbuilt conveniences finished to very high standards

Others:

  • Afriland Residential Estate, Karmo, Abuja – proposed residential neighborhood estate located within the fast-developing district in Karmo, Abuja. This gated estate will offer a one-stop smart community with all the basic amenities guaranteed to ensure comfortable living.

 

  • The Emporium, located at Trans-Amadi, Port-Harcourt – A Retail and Office Complex in the heart of Port-Harcourt, Rivers State comprising of Retail Outlets and Offices. We are at 50% completion and scheduled to complete construction by Q3 2024.

 

Service excellence to other companies

 

Our services to other companies have seen groundbreaking initiatives, these include:

  • New development model for a major client which entails developing business offices on our landed assets and leasing long-term. The first phase of implementation included the following:
  1. Development of a Business Office in Bwari – Abuja
  2. Development of a Business Office in Mararaba – Abuja
  3. Development of a Business Office in Abule-Egba – Lagos
  4. Development of a Business Office in Port-Harcourt Road – Rivers
  • The SOD-cutting of a Grade A Head Quarters took place on the 15th of December 2023. Construction to commence in Q1 2024.
  • Renovation and retrofit projects for Africa Prudential Plc and UCAP Micro-Finance Bank, enhancing operational efficiency and aesthetics.
  • Afriland Properties Plc, as Project Managers, commenced the development of the new 5,000-capacity auditorium for Transcorp Hotels Plc. Completion is scheduled for Q1 2024.
