Today, Monday, October 3, 2022, marks the start of the 2022 Customer Service Week themed, “Celebrate Service”.
This week is specially set aside to personally recognize and thank our customers for choosing to do business with Afriland Properties Plc. We express our gratitude to our customers for their unrelenting support over the years.
The Customer Service Week gives me another opportunity to shine a spotlight on our staff, in recognition of their diligence in performing their duties, in a bid to provide excellent service delivery to our esteemed customers.
Exceeding our customers’ expectations involves making a customer “feel special” and helping them out, no matter what the circumstances are.
The single most important thing for us at Afriland is to make our customers happy. When our customers are happy, they are motivated to continue to do business with us.
